Lofoten Archipel Norway 2018
Both „Glossy On Hydra“ and „Clam Powder
On Lofoten“ are based on the situational
use of singing.
For each work, there was a site chosen
and then used for a singing session ritual.
Each time the artist was working together
with two local singers to form a small
singing group to perform in the open air.
In both cases the session was filmed by
a drone in the shy while sound was recorded
from the ground.
„Clam Powder On Lofoten“ was created in
2017/2018 on North-Norwegian Lofoten
Archipel.
Drone Operator „Clam Powder On Lofoten“:
Jona Kleinlein.
Singers: Marianne Lauritsen,
Franciska Seifert-Eliassen, Anne Pflug.
The work premiered at HFBK Hamburg
Yearly Exhibition on February 8th in 2018.
