„Water Park“ is a performace working with

the sound-based creation of an alternative

reality within the exhibition space.

The space is filled with a music piece that

combines the soundscape of a water park

with a subtle melody. The artist is adding 

live vocals to the music sitting on a stairway 

while guest performers lay little heaps of

foam onto the stairs.

The music piece used in this performance

was created by the artist taking field 

recordings at a water park and then 

combining them with melodic elements.

The performance first took place at 

performance Festival Stoffbandnacht

curated by Yorgos Sapountzison 23th of

February in 2017 at Kunsthaus Hamburg.
